All returns authorised are on a back to base policy. i.e all items are sent back for inspection and evaluation prior to refund/replacement.
You have Three (3) calendar days from receipt of an item to inform us of a fault. No refunds will be granted after this time.
A return must be received back with us no later than seven (7) days from when the returns request was made.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
We will notify you when we receive your item.
We will inspect the item and, if your return is approved, we will either initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or replace the item at no extra charge.
The time taken to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty by our inspection.
Please make sure that you get a proof of postage / tracking receipt from your carrier as The Little Nail Shop accept no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (where applicable) will be included in the refund.
